The villa also comprises of an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and stove and a microwave. The living area comprises a dining table and chairs, and a lounge with a TV with selected DStv channels.

The villa features a covered patio with gas braai facilities and a private pool for guests to enjoy. The villa is also air-conditioned for those hot summer days. The villa is serviced on a daily basis, except for Sundays and public holidays.
